Anna Kinn (B.1987, Poland) is an artist based in Switzerland.
Her practice explores identity and emotional landscapes of human experience through the painting and collage. Rooted in sculptural thinking, color, her work develops through the process of painting, deconstruction and reconstruction. She creates collages that evolve through the tension between spontaneity and order, intuition and composition.
Guided by intuitive gesture, she cuts apart painted canvases and reassemble them, allowing new tensions and relationships between color, shape and form to emerge.
Color and gesture play central role within her practice, carrying emotional resonance and symbolic significance. Combining intuitive expression with a careful consideration of composition, Kinn creates visual constellations where personal experience meets universal themes of change and evolving self.
